Every product sold by Voltsify is through careful inspections before sent, ensuring excellent product using experience. All products in our store is guaranteed by 30-day refund policy. This allows you feel free to keep the product or request a refund.
Please note that we will not take responsibility for purchases made through other websites selling Voltsify branded products.
Refund by Defective or Wrong Products:
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact with our customer service immediately and provide us with photos or a video showing the defect or damage within 7 days. Once we have assessed the situation, we will provide a solution either resend a new one or offer a refund according to your mind.
a. when you receive a missing one
Should your product have damaged or missing parts, we can either send you the new parts or provide a partial refund. If the missing part affects the functionality or usability of the product and cannot be repaired by you or a local technician, we will either send you a new item or issue a full refund.
b. when you receive a not working or wrong one
If you receive a product that is not working properly, please contact our customer service department for technical assistance. We will provide relevant guidance. If the problem persists and the product still doesn't work, you can request a refund or replacement. If you are able to repair it yourself or through a local store, we will provide some compensation accordingly.
Refund by Change Your Mind:
If you change your mind after receiving the goods or cancel the order after delivery, you have 30 days to return the item from the date you received it. If you need to return the product, you will need to return the product at your own expense. If you need to collect the goods, you will need to pay the corresponding collection fee based on the value of the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note the following when returning a product:
- Please return the products in their original packaging
- A return fee will still be charged if the carrier collection is missed
- We will deduct the cost of any damaged items returned or any used items that have already been returned.
We cannot accept full refunds if:
- The item has already been used for more than 30 days
- The product lacks original parts and accessories

We would email our customers the return shipping labels so that our valued customers can feel free to download and print.
Please note that the order cannot be cancelled during the transportation period. If you really need to cancel, the costs incurred will be borne by you.
Please note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights to defective or incorrectly described goods, and we will provide 30 days product repairmen guarantee for defective products.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds processed through PayPal may take up to 48 hours to be processed and reflected in your PayPal account.
b. Credit Card Refunds
For refunds made to credit cards, please allow for a period of 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The specific duration depends on your credit card company and any intermediaries involved in the transaction.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, it's advised that place a new order before returning the original to ensure it is in stock and on its way to you as quickly as possible.
